Shipping 

All TallGenes orders will be shipped within 2-3 business days using a tracked and signed-for delivery service.

It is important that the correct shipping details are entered when placing an order. Incorrect details can result in shipping delays or failed deliveries which are out of our control. Please note that any customs or tax fees are to be paid for by the customer. Any parcels held at customs in your country are unfortunately out of our control.

If you reject or refuse your parcel, there will be a return fee deducted from your refund.

Duties & Taxes

Customs and import duties may be applied to international orders when they reach the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient of the order and will vary from country to country. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; therefore, we recommend that you contact your local customs office for more information.

If customs fees are refused or left unpaid and the parcel is returned to us, we reserve the right to treat the order as non-refundable.

Any shipping or return costs incurred as a result of customs refusal will not be covered or reimbursed.

The customer will be required to cover all return shipping and handling costs before the item is sent back to them. These costs will need to be paid in full before we can re-ship the item or process any further requests.

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure they are fully informed about and prepared to pay any customs charges related to their delivery.

Pre Orders

You will be charged for pre-order purchases when you place the order, including any shipping fees.

Please allow 3-6 weeks for your pre-order to be ready. Once ready, orders will be dispatched within 2-3 business days. We will contact you as soon as your item has been made and is ready to ship. 

If you have ordered another item that is not a pre-order or a made-to-order purchase, all items will be shipped together once the entire order is ready.
